After many attempts at the link thing I figured it out.. heh heh.
It's easy,
you go into NEW POST, COMPOSE, right next to the "font color" to the right is s little weird looking symbol, you have to type what you want it to say first, then go to the page and copy the web address at the top of the page. Then go back to your post, and CLICK that little symbol,(if you run your mouse over it, it says LINK) then paste it in.
LOL, I hope that made sense.

The linking is easy, but a pain in the butt. Tami has got it right. It's a lot of clicking, cutting, and pasting.
I'm totally copping out on the awarding of people on awards I get for the same reason you mentioned. There are so many blogs that I read (200?) and I love them all for different reasons.
I'll fix it later this week.
